'各部署のスタッフ皆さんが素晴らしいサービスをして下さいました。大変心地良く過ごすことができました。フロントスタッフ皆さんの言葉や表情からまず癒されて、夕食は錦帯橋を眺める広い個室で、なんと花火まで観れて、食事は全て美味しく大満足。個室担当のスタッフさんは、細やかな心を寄せてサービスして下さいました。お風呂も部屋からタオルを持っていく必要はなく、清潔なタオルをお風呂入口に準備して下さっていて、最高でした。部屋はとても静かで美しく、ゆったり滞在させていただきました。また行きたいホテルです！'

'Erg prettige kamers met onder andere massage stoel en heerlijk bed. De onsen in het hotel is ook heerlijk. Had aangegeven dat mijn vriendin jarig was tijdens ons verblijf, zij heeft toen nog een kleinigheidje gekregen van het hotel.

'This area really surprised me. It is remote but is beautiful!
The resort is very old and needs a good cleaning. The entrance area had a mouldy smell, but the room were VERY big and clean!! Lots of room and liked the decor. I did like the private onsen, but it was not what I expected. It was more of a tube outside on your deck. I was expecting continuous hot water flow like in the public onsen.'
