'Verblijven in deze Ryokan uit 1854 is als logeren in een museum - op een positieve manier. Het was een unieke ervaring. Er wordt welkomst thee geserveerd op de kamer, het diner en ontbijt worden geserveerd in het restaurant. De Onsen is ook zeer goed uitgerust. '

'Erg prettige kamers met onder andere massage stoel en heerlijk bed. De onsen in het hotel is ook heerlijk. Had aangegeven dat mijn vriendin jarig was tijdens ons verblijf, zij heeft toen nog een kleinigheidje gekregen van het hotel. Zeker een aanrader!'

'We loved staying here. The view of Itsukushima's torii gate, the mountains and the rest of Miyajima are beautiful. The kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were delicious, and the public bath was clean and tidy. We had access to a private bath (by appointment), but were too tired to take advantage. There was also a gift shop downstairs with local gifts. The staff were helpful and friendly, and also dropped us off at the ferry at the end of our stay.'

'Large room compared to other hotels in other cities. Very clean, beautiful ocean view with free drinks (only on certain hours). We only stayed for one night after touring around Miyajima, but was very impressed, and wished we stayed longer. There is a Shuttle Bus that takes you to and from the Miyajimaguchi Station to the Hotel! That is very convenient! '

'Staff was great. Polite and helpful. Amenities were great . Ocean view was mediocre due to we were on the third floor and the the ferry station was blocking most of the view.'
