'老舗ホテルで、8階の客室廊下に山本五十六大将の集合写真があり、感激しました。 少し、絵画が多すぎるようにも感じました。 夕食時の接客は、年齢が高めの女性スタッフが多く、丁寧で感じ良かったです。 温泉からの眺めは素晴らしかったのですが、館内が広く、お風呂にたどり着くまで、かなり歩くので、脚が不自由な方には少し厳しいかも　と思いました。'

'The change with the initial reservation caused some confusion despite communicating this to staff well in advance. When returning to the rooms after a long day we could not access them with new codes provided earlier in the day. Communication with staff after hours was extremely frustrating as foreigners as they were laughing and not helpful with providing efficient customer service. The emergency personnel were rude and took their time despite the cold weather conditions in the late hours of...

'Just OK. Not a high end hotel but OK. They should tell you about parking - which is offsite. We had to guess where to park. Also, very hard to get a taxi at night. Room was small but OK. Very hard to deal with the A/C controls.'

'Very kind and wonderful staff, nice breakfast, very small bathrooms. If you are visiting Japan to see a loved one, be ready to pay extra for them to be able to enter the hotel room as a visitor. If you stay in a room by the fire exit expect a pretty large draft in the winter. You will be forced to leave your room after a day or so of putting up the “do not disturb” sign for them to clean your room. Be sure to keep the heater on when you leave the room otherwise you will feel like stepping into...

'家族旅行で1泊しました。チェックアウト時間が11時だったので、朝もゆったりできました。バイキング形式の夕食・朝食は、種類も豊富で楽しめました。ただ食堂は少々通路が狭いので、後ろに人が通るたびに、風がきたり、ぶつかられたりと、落ち着いて食事しずらいのが残念でした。'

'Japanse ryokan met een fantastisch diner en ontbijt. Ze blijven met hapjes aankomen en alles is een kunstwerk. De omgeving is erg rustig. ‘s Avonds als de dagjesmensen weg zijn, kun je nog heerlijk ontspannen wandelen langs de kade. Het binnenland is zeker aan te raden. De bedden waren voor ons futons. Deze worden door het personeel klaar gemaakt. Het is even wennen, maar wij hebben er uitstekend op geslapen. '

'Erg prettige kamers met onder andere massage stoel en heerlijk bed. De onsen in het hotel is ook heerlijk. Had aangegeven dat mijn vriendin jarig was tijdens ons verblijf, zij heeft toen nog een kleinigheidje gekregen van het hotel. Zeker een aanrader!'

'Het hotel was op loopafstand van de Ferry. Ontbijt was prima.'

'We loved staying here. The view of Itsukushima's torii gate, the mountains and the rest of Miyajima are beautiful. The kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were delicious, and the public bath was clean and tidy. We had access to a private bath (by appointment), but were too tired to take advantage. There was also a gift shop downstairs with local gifts. The staff were helpful and friendly, and also dropped us off at the ferry at the end of our stay.'

'It’s definitely dated and very old school Japanese style but it’s incredibly charming and the location is beautiful. The kaiseki dinner was incredible. Staying for one night was perfect. My back couldn’t take more. '

'The room is nice and the biggest we have had in Japan. It was very quite at night since there was only one other guest but on a different floor. Great free drip coffee and chill area downstairs. The self check-in was easy if you use the pre-check in option. There is no staff but everything is explained very well with pictures in the book that is provided.'

'食事、大浴場はとても満足でしたが、やはり、外を通っての移動が夜など風が強くて大変でした。 ウェルカムドリンクは案内していただきましたが、故障の様で使用できませんでした。 ペットづれのホテルとしては大満足です。 また、機会があれば利用させて頂きます'
