'The host communicated wonderfully from the time I booked until I checked out. The property was perfect for our needs and located in a beautiful part of town. The interior was spacious, and the patio was especially lovely—unfortunately, it was too cold for us to fully enjoy it. The home was very clean and well equipped with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Great stay! A couple blocks from Empire State and all the main sites in the city. In room heater made it so nice to set our own temperature during cold weather. Nice clean bathroom, kitchen with dishes, a pull out table all made this very convenient. On check out day we were able to store our luggage at the reception which was so helpful. Overall highly recommend this cute nyc apartment!! We stayed there with our kids and it was very safe and kid friendly.'

'Toen wij hadden geboekt gingen wij reviews lezen en deze waren zo slecht dat wij een backup hebben geboekt. Wel wilde we het eerst zelf ervaren.. eenmaal aangekomen in dit hotel bleek er niks van de reviews te kloppen!! Wij waren ons gezin van 2 volwassenen en 4 kinderen van: 7,8,10,13 jaar en de kamer was echt fantastisch !! We zaten op de 6e verdieping, de kamer was schoon, mooi en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Een koelkastje en een mooie badkamer, de kids vonden de stapelbedden geweldig!!...

'The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response. Also, we were notified upon arrival that there would be no hot water for the entirety of our stay, without any advance warning. '

'The staff was so kind and made check - in easy. Pictures were like the website. The room had lots of space because we booked a suite. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There were stains on the walls. The things in the cabinets were left over by other guest. The pots and pans were not clean. There was a bar of dove soap above the shower glass. Clearly missed during cleaning. There was also a smoke smell in the hotel randomly when we’d come back from being out. The absolute worst thing...

'Net en nieuw hotel. Mooie ruime kamers. Verschillende metro haltes dichtbij. Ondanks dat het een hotel is zonder receptie toch hele dag medewerkers aanwezig. '
