'This hotel opened in October so I had high hopes for it. The cleanliness was terrible. The first room I was assigned had hair all over the place and the toilet seat had body fluids and hair on it. I arrived at 2:30am due to a flight delay and was very disappointed in how dirty it was. I went back to the desk and asked for another room and about 15 minutes later I went to the new room. This one also had hair on the floor, in the bathroom and had no soap at all! At least the toilet was clean in...
