'We came in for the Atlas Obscura music festival surrounding the total eclipse and were astonished and delighted to find Evan’s listing. The property is well designed, impeccably redone and tastefully decorated two bedroom one bath with an adorable eat in kitchen with banquettes looking out over a beautiful garden area. The neighborhood eateries are amazing! I will be coming back!!!'

'We’re from Little Rock and stayed here while in the process of moving across town. It was very clean and well furnished. Very cute. The location is great with easy access to downtown, SOMA, and midtown. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. The owners were very easy to communicate with and check in/check out was simple. I really appreciated that it was pet friendly. I would absolutely recommend.'

'My family of 3 really enjoyed this spacious house. It was beautiful. Looks just like the pictures. I really enjoyed the massage couch. The host were very attentive and answered all my questions quickly. They made sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend staying here. The only down side was the dog hair on everything. I don’t have a pet so it was a little annoying to have dog hair on my socks and all over the on the rugs. Other than that it was awesome.'
