'The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back.'

'Connie and Frank were tremendous hosts. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Connie went out of her way to make our stay extra special since it was our anniversary weekend. As stated in other reviews, you do have to access the unit through the main residence but you wouldn’t know that anyone else was home throughout our stay. Thank you again Connie for everything. '

'11 Nun was a perfect stay for our family and to visit with relatives that live in the area. Once we learned where all kitchen items were we did fine. I added measuring cups and teaspoons/tablespoon to the kitchen as there were none.Listing said central air but it was window units; an exhaust fan in the bathroom would have been nice. The first part of our time was during a RI heatwave. The deck was fabulous and the beach chairs a plus.'
