'We had an amazing experience starting with the setting and lodging. The cozy cabin on the peninsula point on Lake Eden is lovely and the views and the cabin were wonderful. We had a stellar view of the eclipse. The lake was still frozen with fresh snow on top which added to the magical experience. Jim is a great host and quick answer to questions. 'We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Two families with a total of 5 kids ages 7-12 and we had more than enough space to spread, hang out, and enjoy Jay. We absolutely loved the convenience of ski in/out and the ability to come and go as we needed. The house was super well stocked with everything from bathroom supplies, to dishwasher and laundry pods, to most kitchen necessities. 'This is the second year in a row that we've stayed at Steve's place (and we plan to stay again next year!). The house is super cozy, you feel right at home when you walk in. We loved having access to the hot tub, it came in handy after two long days of skiing (great location for all of the ski bums out there). Even with a large group, everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. We absolutely love it here!'

'I enjoyed my stay and found the apartment spacious and almost perfectly met our needs. The only complaints was the toaster was too small for bagels and more importantly there were not enough comforters for all the bedrooms. Would definitely plan on staying here again!'

'We really enjoyed our time at the house. We were two familles of three with a dog and everybody was comfortable. The house is spacious, cozy, clean and has a big garden for kids(and dogs) to run about. It is well equipped. We also appreciated the jacuzzi after our days on the slopes and the discount tickets Asia had kindly left for us to use at the resort (ski and Pumphouse). We recommend for a group of 6 to 8 people.'

'Very clean home. Perfect location for viewing the 2024 eclipse. We've been to the Northern part of Vermont before but not the Irasburg area. It's very quiet and peaceful. The home is a lovely restored farm house with plenty of room for 8 in our family gathering age range 18-84. We had a great time. Had a check in snafu that was our fault due to the way the vrbo app displays info but resolved quickly. Hope we didn't bother the hosts ;-)'

'Everything you could want. Literally open the door and click into your skis. Take a hard right when you come home, and you can ski up to 10 feet from your own personal door.'

'This property was very clean and secure. The beds were comfortable. We were located right next to the ski trail and short distance from the Jay peak pump house water park and arena. We didn’t get to explore the resort as much as we intended due to a storm but there is some shops and restaurants near by. '
