'The room was excellent! Perfect distance from downtown cottonwood and short ride to Sedona and Jerome! Room was clean and exactly like the photos. We had a little issue with getting the check-in instructions but the host called us right away and got it taken care of. Will definitely stay here again'

'We loved the place. It is evident the hosts work hard to accommodate their guests and enjoy hosting. It was a great little place and we would absolutely stay again! The listing does say there is a washer and dryer. It is on site, but it is not in the unit. Just might want to plan ahead for that. '
