'Room was a bit too small for 3 persons. Only two towels (also at refresh). Had to ask for an extra towel every day.'

'We loved our stay, the view from our room of the Empire State and entire city was amazing! Our room was beautiful. The only unfortunate part was the club level was closed for renovations but we still got charged the full amount for the experience fee. Apart from that it was a perfect stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to New York to stay there. The location is perfect , across the road from the train station. Just around the corner from Katz Deli too!'

'In a world where you can buy anything you want, this hotel just makes me happy. It's old style feel like your back in time. The slow elevator doesn't matter because they just have a few floors and a few rooms. The team is always nice and even that breakfast is small, it's everything I need. I hope this hotel stays as it is.. please no new, glass hotel... just pure, simple and nice.'
