However you must be careful to ask what side your room is facing because “beachside” means to most people that you are getting a room that faces the beach. Not so with their meaning of beach side. “Beachside” for them is a room that faces the street where cars pass by. “Beachfront” means you are getting a room that faces the beach for them. So be careful and sure to ask what you are getting as I was fooled. '

'Booked a two night, weekend stay. the “property” is an abandoned vessel moored about 200 yards off shore accessible by watercraft only. No running water. ‘Water provided’ for personal hygiene and sanitary uses consisted of six sixteen ounce bottles and one 1 gallon jug half full. The onboard toilet was inoperable and ‘maintenance’ never arrived to remedy the situation. Spent the first night with the smell of human waste in the air.
