'My overall experience was nice. However, thete were ants on my bathroom and staffing said there was nothing they could do aince maintenance was no longer on duty. I was offered another room, however, i was told by other members on the floor that they too had ants. So i figured what was the point. I wasnt offered a discount , so i had to live in a room with an ant farm'

'Did not use gym, parking was very close to building and well lit. All staff were wonderful. And the breakfast is one of the best we have ever had at a hotel. '

'The hot tub is broken but the staff say the heated pool makes up for it. The delux room didn’t feel delux as its basic and same as a standard room is. The room was slightly dusty and bathroom counter still looked like someone shaved there at one time. Had to argue with staff about breakfast times as their pamphlets in the room says till 10 o clock but the staff thought it ended at 9. THE STAFF DIDNT KNOW THEIR PAMPHLETS IN EVERY ROOM SAID 10. '

'I booked this place for my wife and daughter who was in town for a soccer tournament. I was unable to join them, but my wife said it was "scary" when she checked in that night, but saw thought the place was fine in the light of day. She tends to spook easy, so I'm not sure what to make of it.'

'They say first impressions are everything, and this Comfort Inn missed that in the elevator on the way up to the room. Stepping in to the elevator we found old, dirty carpet, trash on the floor, foot prints on the wall, and overall had us worried about what the room would look like. Fortunately the room was clean. We will not stay in a Comfort Inn again, just too many things that needed updating that made us uncomfortable. '

'The room was mostly clean, but the bathrooms don’t look to have been deep cleaned in years. There is no comforters, so if you need more than a single blanket and a sheet you need to bring your own. Also be ready to wake up early as there were no curtains only blinds causing the sun to brighten up the room super early in the morning. On the outside there was trash all over the ground and you can see lint build up on the side of the building next to the door that you go in to check in. '
