'Putting a 73 year old on the second floor with no elevator or bell service is not a good idea! Thankfully the front desk was able to correct the situation! To whoever designed the building, what were you thinking?'

'Mopping or actually cleaning the wood floors...I used my own mop wipes and the next time i got the same room was my mop wipe on the floor that the maids didnt pick up or even see! '
