'I had a disappointing experience with this property, primarily due to poor communication and inconsistent customer service. Check-in instructions were not provided in a timely manner, and I initially had difficulty reaching anyone by phone and assessing the property. Although I later received a message apologizing for the inconvenience and offering a late checkout, this was never actually honored. When I followed up, both the late checkout and a brief extension for parking were...

'The food (breakfast buffet and restaurant) was great. The staff was lovely. We booked 10 minutes before we arrived, after leaving another unsuitable hotel. Staff was very understanding and accommodating. 12/10 would recommend. '

'Gorgeous decor. Fresh and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and high quality linens. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Jungle House.'

'Checked in expeditiously and were escorted to the proper elevator. Room spacious, modern, and clean. Comfortable bed! Had dinner at the Keep restaurant; excellent. Only glitch was I booked through Expedia and selected the breakfast amenity, only the hotel had no clue that I did so and had to present my Expedia reservation for proof. Breakfast vouchers were issued and we enjoyed an excellent breakfast.'

'The property is close to many locations within Columbus. The rental was immaculate and the owners had all the extras one may need on a last minute trip. The clawfoot tub was a dream. We loved everything about this location and will be back for any future trips to Columbus.'

'There was one elevator running for the whole weekend , no free bikes like advertised, breakfast wasn’t free had to pay for it . The staff was friendly but it wasn’t like other experiences I have had with other hotels . I was a disappointed honestly. Especially for what I was charged . The parking was another issue in its self . Just be sure to pay attention and read stuff and know it’s not like other typical hotels . '

'Exactly what I was looking for being in town for work. Clean, close to downtown, and, as a runner, being half a block from the park was just the perfect added touch. The stocked kitchen came in clutch too when I forgot to pack my frying pan lid! Will definitely be staying again...I'm actually staying at another Jungle House property next week (this one was sadly unavailable) because this one worked out so well for me!'
