'The room and entire facility were pretty great. The only things that were a bit bothersome in the room were the lights, air conditioning, and lack of shower products. The bathroom was only at about 30% so I took a light bulb from a lamp so we could see ourselves in the bathroom. The light above the desk was also minimal so I moved another lamp onto the desk so I could see for work. 'Our group was divided in two different condos so we never needed to cook in the unit as we were together more in the larger one for gathering. We only used it for sleeping and showers. The absolute best perk of the unit is the hook-up to surf lessons on the North Shore from the owners. Best day of the trip for the teenagers in the group. Thank you so much for that amazing activity. 'We loved our stay!!! I am surprised it was as reasonably priced as it was. The condo was comfortable and well decorated. Being clean is a big deal to me and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a few spices and oil! We appreciated the beach gear. The property management company gave better directions than any other vacation home I have ever stayed at. The one little issue (a broken remote control) we had they responded to right away and fixed in a reasonable amount...

'Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. 'As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. 'We had a very nice 4 night stay in the condo. This is a nice condo for 2 people, and you can tell the owner has made a number of upgrades to the flooring, the kitchen and the bathroom. The bed was very comfy. I think a fresh coat of paint on a few walls and updated closet doors and this place is perfect. I loved the view from the balcony during the day, but especially at night. The balcony is small, so I think a narrow bench on the balcony would be nice. The location is nice, easy to get to....

'The views from the balconies were amazing, the location was fantastic. However, the listing states 3 bedrooms but it is actually 2 bedrooms, the living room is considered the 3rd bedroom. The couch unfolds into a bed. So, if you have a family of 4 or more you might want to take that into consideration. No privacy for the ones sleeping in the living. Ceiling fans are outdated, and the one in the master bedroom does make a scraping noise when on as the blades hit the glass light cover. The...
