'Our room was very nice. We had one minor issue which was resolved quickly. We really enjoyed the proximity of the lobby bar and roof top bar. Both of these were excellent. We will stay here again. Staff was great.'

'Really just the only choice to stay in Kansas City. Why? Well, the hotel is quite perfect in quality and cleanliness. The rooms are very large. The rooms are very quiet. The hotel is built into the side of mountain rock where the natural rock is actually the hotel wall; along with a waterfall inside as well, of course. There is an entire inside "mall" attached to the hotel (through one flight of stairs) where many different stores offer shopping with multiple themes. There are a few choices for...

'Horrible!Horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!. There was literally no parking so had to pay $50 a night for valet parking. No fridge in the rooms! Ice machine was broken on the floor! There was no continental breakfast offered. I paid for what I thought was breakfast meals for my stay. Breakfast is available in the restaurant and although they advertise a buffet there was none! Had to order breakfast from the restaurant and it was changed to my room so what did I pay for when I booked the room? Avoid...
