'The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

'The room was clean but the wallpaper was peeling off in multiple locations. The walls are a bit thin so I'd recommend a sound machine. The playground onsite was perfect for my son and we spent a lot of time there. The location was great and it was close to the outlets for shipping, near several restaurants as well as the aquarium and Kahuna Laguna. Staff was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay and I would stay again. '
