We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. I got an early check in, only a partial upgrade but the early check in made up for that. Room was facing towards the ocean but no view due to being too far away and many buildings blocking. Had a balcony but could not sit out on it, standing room only so that was a bit disappointing. Room was comfortable & clean. Microwave & fridge which was handy....

Hotelkamers zien er gedateerd uit en iedere dag veel lawaai gedurende de hele nacht (ook op de hoger gelegen verdiepingen). Het personeel is weinig flexibel (doen geen late check-out, opslag van bagage voor paar uurtjes; overal wordt een toeslag voor gevraagd)."
