'We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. '

'This hotel was absolutely incredible. It’s located just five minutes from Happo-One, which made getting to the slopes unbelievably convenient. The ski shuttle service the hotel provides is also fantastic. Whenever you want to ski, you simply go down to the ski concierge, let them know you’re heading out, and they’ll have all of your gear ready—clean, dry, and warm. 'This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! The breakfast was always very good! Good location between happo one and the bus terminal. Also ski rentals are very close. Everything in walking distance. '

'Never know which one will be allocated out of 4 BnB, the white decorated one was allocated to me, TV is so tiny, I was expecting a balcony as shown in the pictures, but not existed in mine. In general, it’s clean'

'Close access to the ski slopes. Property and room is a little rundown and old compared to as advertised. Hot water was not working but staff accommodated me to another room. Room has poor noise isolation so you can hear your neighbors. Toilet seat lid does not stay up! Friendly and helpful staff nevertheless.'

There is a bus stop right outside that take you to happo, Hakuba 47, Goryu and Iimori all free of charge. Short walk to Echoland restaurants and a great Ramen restaurant opposite the local 7-11.'

'The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy.'

'This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! '

'Water noise from the bathroom, unbearable difficulty sleeping. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted. 'Owners are very nice ,the lady knows a bit of English. She made delicious breakfast. Bring your own towel, otherwise extra charge. Walking distance to Hkuba Goryu ski Resort about 5-10 min. My room included private bathroom and shower. '

'The stay is modest and older but that’s totally fine! The host is so kind and helpful and the beds and bathrooms were clean! It’s def a place you can meet other travelers and is SO close to the train station!'
