'i like the place because it' s close to bus stop and Max value just next to the hotel. Only one complaint for the auto lighting inside toilet, if you dont move, the light will switch off. Overall, very good experience and i will come back again. '

The only downside was the last night, I kept hearing a recurring “bo” sound around 22:00–24:00 and 06:00–08:00, which affected my sleep. "Very well located just outside Hakata Train Station. Excellent buffet breakfast. There is also a cozy cafe where you can have tea, coffee & cake (try the matcha cake or the melon tart!). Rooms are tiny (quite frequent in Japan) but everything is there. A bunch of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Also well located if you want to book an excursion because pick up point is in front of the hotel!"
