'We absolutely loved our stay. The property is immersed in nature, close but far enough from Seward. The cabins are basic but this is really the point. The highlight of our stay was surely the friendliness of Gary (the manager/owner) and even his friends. A true pearl, a true local stay. Kids loved it too! The only place we stayed in Alaska that had its own playground, close to the lake. No small feat!'

'Its a nicely built cabin and we had a great time. The host was alao easy to deal with and very accomodating. His dog is very friendly and he did stop by to say hello and play ball which was fun. The cabin is about 10 mins drive from the town but definitely worth it staying there. '
