'Excellent staff and facility. The only negative was paying for parking. In this area there was no need to charge for parking.'

'Clean room, friendly staff and a nice hotel'

'Parking and location were good. Hotel was fine. What you would expect. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.'

'Wonderful place to stay during our lacrosse tournament.'

'My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott was an exceptional experience. The property is impeccably maintained, offering spacious and comfortable accommodations, complemented by a highly professional and attentive staff. The complimentary breakfast was both high-quality and substantial, and the convenient parking and proximity to the adjacent shopping plaza further enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this establishment and look forward to returning during future visits to Charlotte.'

'Property is close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is the usual eggs, pancakes, cereals that’s at most motels. Room was clean but some areas needed attention and repair. It’s a decent place for a nights sleep.'
