'My only complaint was the check-in woman who was absolutely rude. All I wanted to do was confirm there was a kettle in the Kitchenette room I had rented. Her first rude snap was 'I don't know" I confirmed I was getting the kitchenette which she confirmed but the kettle became an issue with her finally saying - very ignorantly - that we DON"T promise a kettle and if there isn't one there, I have none to give you. 'The first room that we were renting had ants. We had to change rooms at 11PM when we came back to the unit. We had to take a room with 2 double beds rather than the king bed that we paid for.'

'The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the back gardens is a big plus. Margaret is very accessible and helpful. Her garden shop is a lovely place to browse. This is our third stay and we will most likely return if visiting in the area.'
