'The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room '

'It was a beautifully decorated room with a good bed, a big bathttob (seperate shower and toilet) and wonderful atmospshere. I found that the location was a bit to busy and noisy for us, but overall it was a good place to stay, with some shops and restaurants close and public transport just around the corner to take you to London centre in about 30 minutes.'

We had a little problem with parking our bike for the night because the recommended parking garage (which had free parking spaces for motorbikes) rejected us from parking there, because our bike were to big. The staf helped us and provided us with a secure parking spaces for the night. Even though it was a one time solution, one night solution from the manager is saved us from sleeping next to the bikes...

The Hotel is well situated with good transport connections. 30 min from door to door to reach any central point in London.

"Prachtig uitzicht op de Tower Bridge zoals omschreven was. We kregen wat we bestelden. Dat is heel belangrijk. De staat van onderhoud is slecht, maar renovatie is opgestart. Dat is hard nodig. Alles was wel schoon. De view op de brug was magisch..
Ontbijt was prima. Uiteraard Engels ontbijt en nog wat andere zaken daarnaast.

"We had the Superior Room with Kingsize Bed and it was fantastic! Free minibar, bathroom with floor heating and very spacious. Personel was friendly and accomodating. Victoria station is busy which has it's advantages and downsides. The only thing which was unpleasant was the amount of homeless people in and around the station. I hope London finds a way to help them.
Overall a great hotel and lovely experience, I would really recommend this hotel."
