'Byemills is a great place to stay.we had such a restful and pleasant stay. Our hosts were brilliant and when there was a brief region wide power cut they were straight to us to ensure we had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to local pubs and a great historical stone circle at Stanton Drew. We loved our stay and made all the more special with it being Christmas. '

'We had a lovely two night couples break at Kimbers Farm. The shepherds hut is so comfortable and just the right side of luxury rustic! Possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in away from home. 'We had a wonderful stay here. It was incredibly quaint, peaceful and clean. The location was perfect - close to all the key areas. We visited Bruton, Wells, Weston, Bath and Bristol. It took about a 30 minute walk to nearest pub. The little touches made all the difference, and the warm welcome (complete with Cider) was truly appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, charming getaway. '

'We just stayed here for my sister’s hen weekend. Although at one point we didn’t think we would make it due to restriction, he hosts could not have been more helpful to make it easy for us. 'The Shepherds Nest is the best Shepherds Hut we’ve stayed in, for space, amenities and for hospitality. It’s well built, furnished to a high standard and there’s a lot of thought gone into everything. Charlie and Carol were really welcoming and there were lots of little touches, and nice surprises on our arrival. The outside bath is great, in all weathers! We’d highly recommend.'

'Amazingly spotless, lots of room. Every room had a wow factor. Our first stay in a luxe Lodge and it didn't dissapoint. Slight issue with ants on the last day after the grounds maintenance but it's expected and spray was provided. Hot tub clean and ph checked every day. Reception were happy to help when we realised the first aid kit was missing and there was a cut finger. Brought it round straight away (in their defence we did decline the final check of the housekeeping team as we arrived...

'lovely property as good as the review. Excellent location for us as we were visiting our daughter in Waltham St Lawrence. Only snag was finding it in the dark. I wonder if the hosts would consider putting up a small sign to reassure guests that they are not disturbing the residents of the surrounding houses'
