'Our family (ages 16 - 73) enjoyed our week here very much. Harry and Scott were great to work with and were always available to answer questions. We were aiming for a relaxing, low key week so we didn't stray too far from the house for adventures, but that just goes to show we had everything we needed right there. 'Such a unique and lovely spot! Perfect for our weekend getaway. So many small touches that made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures to notice it’s lifted out of the water, but with the wind & rain overnight we were thankful as we still heard the water lapping underneath but didn’t get the same rolling all of the nearby docked boats had. Just steps from the Big Owl Tiki Bar where we had the best crabcake sandwiches. Will definitely be back, thanks again! '

'Our family of 15 had everything they could wish for. With crabbing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, the tree house and pickleball contests... we all had plenty to do for the full week we stayed. 'Beautiful little cottage with plenty of privacy. Our hosts were wonderful and we enjoyed visits from their dog Vinnie! The cottage was very clean and everything was provided. Rock Hall is an amazing little town with beautiful views, food and people. Will definitely be visiting again. You won’t regret booking the cottage. '

'Just finished a 2-night stay here, and it was fantastic. I'm a clean freak, and this rental was SUPER clean! My son attends the Naval Academy, and he was able to stay with me for one of the nights. Beds were comfy, and it was nice having a TV in both bedrooms. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had, and it was great having a washer and dryer available to use. I would definitely stay again!'

'The Oaks is in an absolutely perfect location and checks all the boxes a large family needs for a stay. We booked it for our wedding at the AYC for close family and it was far superior to booking 6 hotel rooms where everyone would have been locked in their own rooms. They hung out and spent a great time together on the main level. It was nice to be at a historic home with all the fun quirks. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend! '
