'We stayed here to attend a family wedding in the area. It was perfect! Easy to get to in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nicely renovated home! The beds were very comfortable. The queen sofa was definitely firm but expectations from a sofa sleeper are minimal. Very large garage if that is needed. Jessica was very pleasant to communicate with and timely to respond. I would definitely recommend this rental.'

'We enjoyed our stay, the property is very nice. We also got to see the Kirkland area which is quaint and beautiful. We wish there were some instructions for the fireplace, which we couldn't get to work, but did not really have time to use, and the TV that took a long time to figure out. One other issue for one person was the noise from the 405 freeway. Specifically from the master room.The bathrooms were especially nice. The towels could be a bit thicker, and the hand towels should be included...

'This fabulous one level home fit the bill for our small group. Plenty of room for all and very clean with all the amenities that make for a pleasant and delightful stay. The host was exceptionally communicative and very responsive to resolve the few minor hiccups that came up, which was only matched by his super friendly and generous spirit of hospitality.
