'Someone put a lot of thought into building this as a studio apartment above another space. It was clean and cozy and decorated with musical instruments. There is a stereo that looks like someone walked out and forgot it, along with their CD collection, around 2005. That was a blast from the past, but not very useful. It would be great for an individual or couple, but there is only one bed, so I don't recommend this for a family. There were three air mattresses in a closet, but one was torn, and...

'The unit is conveniently located to both Redmond and Kirkland. There are shops, restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The area has plenty of walking trails. The unit is spacious and comfortable but slightly dated. The host was gracious and helpful. Something to consider is the steep steps (17) up to the unit, and both bedrooms are upstairs (another 15 steps). Parking is included but tight.'

'We immediately booked a hotel after arriving because we did not feel comfortable staying at the property. The home had multiple large carpet stains, a welcome mat with caked-on dirt, a loud water feature running without water, sketchy-looking basement windows, and an unpleasant odor. My wife was in tears at the thought of staying there. The property felt unsettling from the moment we arrived and did not match the impression created by the listing photos.'

'This is a great location, especially if you’re visiting friends or family on the east side. You are within striking distance of all the attractions downtown, you have a beautiful backyard, and can easily get to the light rail.Great property'

'The host communicated excellently, and the property was very clean with comfortable beds. Great amenities like coffee and shampoo/soap were provided, and the location was excellent. The only minor drawback was that the couch was quite small and not very comfortable, which would be an easy improvement and would make the property nearly perfect. Overall, everything else was great.'

'This rental is in a great location. Walk to downtown Kirkland, the waterfront, bars/restaurants and the grocery store. Great central location for travelers. The house is very well appointed with everything you need.'
