Our room was quite small, which was fine for a night, but I would get a larger room next time The property backs up to Camp Richardson, so it was very quiet. I loved taking out a bike to ride the bike trail through the area. The owners are great, very accommodating. This place is a work of love and it shows. '

'Great place, very peaceful and nice big yard for my pups to play. Big comfortable beds. Nice antique furniture pieces throughout the house. The best for us was the tip on taking a trail walkable from the house, down to the upper Truckee river. Beautiful weather helped make it a great stay.'

'We had a womdeful time at this property. Enough for us to spread out. It is a quiet street and we even saw a bear walking down the street. I have on suggestion and will not take off a star, but it may be a good idea to put some type of safety rail in the downstairs bathroom. That beautiful tub is deep and is a bit difficult to get out if a bit on the shorter side. Otherwise this property was perfect for us. Thank you.'
