'The place is so cute and comfortable. It had everything you would have in your home. The bed and bedding was very comfy. The location is wonderful. You are just a very short walk away from the entertainment areas with shops, restaurants and bars right in the bay. There is a large window near the bed with a view of the marina. 'Comfortable space with a well-equipped kitchen and nicely-organized bathroom. It is a very quiet and peaceful location!'

'This was a great beach location with a wonderful view. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are filling the house up with people. We had two families with 6 kids and it was not quite big enough and not enough kitchen supplies. If it was two of us and we only occupied the master bedroom it would be fine. Everything a little dated (dishwasher needs replaced) and the pictures make it seem like there is more room than there is. Good value?'

Compared to neighboring waterfront properties, this place looks like it hasn't been tended to and not lived in. And the HVAC unit was on the fritz our entire stay.
