'Very nice hotel and good breakfast. Attention needed to the plumbing. When the guest in the room above me flushed the toilet, the toilet in our bathroom did a big, noisy air evacuation which effectively flushed our toilet. And dogs barking in the hall was disturbing. '

'We visited Silverdale last year, and loved this hotel so much that we booked again this year and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean room, great amenities, great breakfast selection and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The extra bonuses such as the Oxford social is an added perk and the hotel being in a central location was essential to our stay in Silverdale. '

'Great fast WiFi. Was recently renovated, as it looked updated. Bed was too small for two occupants (smaller than queensize). Though breakfast is included, it's room is too small for the rush hours, so there was no place (and choice of items was a bit on the small side). If you are on your own, and just want a bed with a shower. A good place to stay.'

'Such a cute place! The room was clean and comfy. Loved the in room fireplace and beautiful bathroom. There was a common area stocked with games, hot drink options and snacks. The hotel overlooks the harbor and there are outdoor seating areas to take in the sunset and views. Easy to walk to shops and dining options. '

'I booked the hotel and then canceled it. I called the front desk for the cancellation and they told me that they would cancel and refund with a penalty. Half month later, I noticed that I did not receive the refund. I called them and contacted Expedia. But, very surprisingly they said they would not refund anything. 'For a Motel, this is well ran. For 1, the towels were as fluffy and soft as can be, which was great. Bring your own shower kit (soaps and whatnot), if you stay in motels you should plan on that anyway. Everything was very clean, some spots I saw could have been a little better, but nothing that was a big deal. It was cleaner than some hotels I've been to. The linens felt very nice, good quality. WiFi was good and fast! The folks running the place were very friendly. You can tell it's family...

'The hot tub wasn’t working and we paid $100 more so our kids could swim and hot tub. Also the shower drain in our room barely worked. So frustrating when we paid more for something nicer and it didn’t feel like it was nicer. '
