'I checked in after the 3pm check in time but my room wasn’t ready and I had to wait a few minutes. My single room was small, a little cramped and basic, clean enough but tired looking. The bed was a little hard for me and there was only one pillow, which was quite flat. A disappointment for me was that my room had no natural light, due to not being able to open curtains to the window, which overlooks a very busy road.
