'The location of the room and view was great! However, the room itself was left to be desired ...it's pretty old and dated and wasn't very clean. The shower door was hard to slide along the track so I kept it open as I didn't want to risk breaking the glass, the base of the toilet was stained and the bathroom had a rancid urine smell to it. The outlets by the beds were very loose and couldn't keep my charger plugged in without pushing the night stands against it.. also that is how the lamps were...

'The room is on the 23rd floor. To get there you have to use the stairs or the elevators. At least one of the elevators was broken for about half the time were there.The room itself was fine. When we arrived the smoke detector was chirping. A maintenance worker was there within 30 minutes to fix it. The coffee maker was gross -didn't look like it has been maintained. We ended up getting coffee from the store down the block every day. However everything else cooking wise was in fine condition. We...
