'一開始差點找不到，其實從東急大井町線戶越公園車站（OM-03)雖然距離遠一點點但是相對比較好走。 房東回覆訊息速度快，房屋設備超級齊全，空間也很大，洗衣機是洗脫烘，每天洗衣服就不需要帶太多衣服，房間衣架很多，廚房的廚具鍋具非常齊全，還有微波爐、烤箱、大餐桌，真的有讓人回到家的感覺，以後有機會一定會再到這邊住宿。'

'I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. 'De keuken en badkamer is 1 ruimte. Dit was bekend van de fotos. Het was echter niet schoon. De stijle trap en de erg lage plafonds stonden niet op de fotos. De vloeren en muren waren scheef, we konden nergens recht staan.'

'Really close to the train station and accessible to convince stores and supermarket'

'It was a great place to stay. Across the street from a temple and large cemetery. Sweet residential neighborhood but close to lots of restaurants and a major shopping street. Easy walk to the train station. But we took a cab in and out with our luggage. So nice to have more space than a 120 sq ft hotel room for a similar price. The host was very responsive to questions.'

'This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job...

'Incredibly convenient location, just a very short walk to the train station. Very clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were big enough for us. Only thing I would say to be aware of is that the 3 floors are divided by a single staircase that is a bit narrow and steep. There is a Lawson right down the road, on the way to the train station. Excellent for when you're coming back late at night. The Lawson is a great pickup/drop-off spot for taxis if you need a ride.'

'The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.'
