Very Bad Experience, Avoid At All Costs!
Lots of ants in the room, door doesn't close properly, cleaners are observant enough even when Make Up Room sign was displayed for many hours, car park isn't open 24hrs and forced to park outside and got fined by local authorities as the area is very popular and the police love to give out illegal parking summons. This isn't a true hotel and the property management of the mixed development on which Qliq sits on couldn't even help when I issued a complaint about my inability to enter the car park after a late night out. For aircon control, only temperature can be set, but you are barred from controlling the fan speed. Reception only works till 11pm and getting good service from the front desk is non-existent. Google Maps also led me on a route that doesn't connect to the hotel, which led me on a very long return route while paying tolls twice!

Dear Melvin, We are truly apologise for your bad experience during your stay. We can't help you for the inconvenience that is not directly toward us. We understand that the multijunction here leads you the wrong way but it is under your skills on how you interprate the maps on your device. There is 24hrs parking service available. Our indoor air conditioning can manually set the fan speed to low, medium or high. Our frondesk service is limited till midnight. After midnight you may call the number on the counter for assistance. However we admitted that during high occupancy, our make up room slightly late as we need to prepare the arrival room at first. Thank you

Worst hotel ever! No aircon in the lobby and corridors. No make up room service with COCKROACHES all around the rooms!!!

Definitely not 4 stars
Not the whole building is a hotel so don’t get blended by the picture. The lobby is a non air conditioned simple and dark area with a temporary looking check-in desk. The hotel has no breakfast room, there is no breakfast at all. Air conditioning in the room works only limited. So if you are looking for a nice 4 star hotel, this is not the place to go. If you are ok with a simple low cost 3 star hotel then you are fine. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly, this on a positive note.

실내 아늑한분위기와 주변에 식당들과 스타벅스가 있어서 편리했습니다. 다만 로비는 에어컨 시설이있는지 없는지는 모르겠지만 너무 더워서 앉아서 쉴수가 없었고 객실화장실 변기뚜껑이 움직거려서 비위생적이였습니다. 욕실 군데군데 곰팡이가 많아서 2박동안 사실 화장실사용하기 힘들었구요. 세면대나 샤워실 물이 내려가지않아서 위생적이지 못했습니다. 이불과 시트, 수건은 온갖오염이 묻은채로 세탁이 되어있어서 찝찝했습니다

Car park a bit run down and not clear signage indicate to hotel lobby. 3 elevator but just 1 of them working, we took 15 mins to go down from level 17. Cleanliness overall considered satisfied. Anyhow they shall improve on hospitality.

中国人の団体客に困惑
部屋は清潔で、広さも満足いくレベルのお部屋でしたが、壁が薄く中国人の団体客の滞在が多かったのか、夜遅くでも喋り声が聞こえ、友達同士の部屋を移動するのに、ドアの開け締めや、ベルを異常な位に押すので、その音に困惑した。 エレベーターでも、定員オーバーにも関わらず、どんどん中国人が乗ってきて、エレベーターが20センチ程沈むというトラブルもあり、少し怖い思いをした。 中国人の団体によるトラブルを受けなければ、満足いく滞在にはなったと思います。

Rock Climbing Trip
I had a great stay. Check in was seamless and quick. Staff was friendly, willing to help and even happy to make a phone call on behalf because I didn’t speak the local language. The room was super spacious.

Okay but nothing more
The room was okay, noting special but an okay room. The door was very light and thin so noice came in through the visible gaps. The AC was super cold no matter what temp setting used. The breakfast is a voucher for either starbucks or another place so don't get it just buy what you want from the same places. Elevators were super weird and it sometimes took minutes waiting for elevators that seemed to go without any real logic. Hard to see I'll stay here next time since there are other options around.
