The space
The space well equipped all necessities for your comfort stay, full kitchen, 42" TV, washer and dryer machine, high speed internet, etc

The apartment is spacious and airy, featuring large windows that overlooks the garden view, infinity swimming pool and Sarawak River.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, a fridge, cooking utensils, making it easier for guests to prepare their own light meals if they wish to do so. The dining area features a wooden table and chairs.

Our unit features a large bedroom with comfortable queen size bed and linen, comfy blanket and towels, have own bathroom with hot water.

Fully equipped amenities include toilet paper, hand soap, hair and body shampoo, dish fabric detergents and other cleaning products, etc

Guest access
Guests have free access to building facilities including the outdoor gym, large outdoor swimming pool, and beautiful garden at level 5.
Also, can walk along the waterfront esplanade at ground level.

1) Swimming pool and gym at level 4, open from 9 am to 9 pm daily.
2) Go to Level 5, exit to the garden, then turn right to walk toward the white door, open and use the staircase to go to Level 4.

Our homestay also easy access to other popular attractions, the newly renovated Borneo Cultures Museum, renowned Carpenter Street, Petanak wet market just 5-minute walk away, is an excellent option for breakfast or supper, offering a wide range of fresh produce and local street food.

Merdeka Plaza Mall, a 7-minute drive from our location, caters to your shopping needs, housing a variety of retail outlets and dining options.
