They left me on the street and a guest, to help me, went to reception and brought back the following response from the woman who was working at the time: that I had made the reservation on the same day and that things didn't work that way. Extremely rude and not true, as I made the reservation 12 days earlier. I was left alone on the street at 3 a.m., with three suitcases and nowhere to go. '

'No wifi for 7 days!… The staff kept lying; ‘tomorrow will be fixed’… It hurt my work for the whole week. Kitchen not fully working, cleanliness problems… There were better option at same price. I would not recommend this place. I don’t like to write bad reviews but this place and people deserve it. '
