'Complicato da raggiungere, segna sotto in strada e poi in realtà e nei palazzi sopra. Non ha nessuna insegna né nella porta d'ingresso, ne sotto al citofono. Ambiente confusionario e sporco, in confronto poi con Dubai fuori, personale non collaborativo. Piscina inagibile, Posizione buona. Stanza donne e letti decenti. Certo per quello che si paga non si può pretendere, ma magari s"apprezzerebbe un po' più di pulizia e meno confusione, specie negli spazi comuni, tipo bagno e cucina. '

'Unable to contact the staff. I booked accommodation for 4 people, but they placed them in separate rooms. The actual rooms are very different from the pictures shown. Additionally, I originally booked the stay at a hostel in Palm, but when my team arrived, they were transferred to another hotel because the hostel was reportedly full. The listing shows 4 people per room; however, there are 10 or more people staying in each room. Paid for AED 1,687.68 for 6 nights waste of money!!!'

"The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. The one thing that stopped this from being a perfect stay was the booking process. My reservation had somehow been cancelled in their system, and I only found out because I chased it up myself. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to think along with me or take ownership of the problem — I had to keep pushing to get my booking reconfirmed. For a property of this standard, I’d expect the service to match the surroundings. The hardware is five-star; the guest support in this instance wasn’t. Worth staying for the facilities, but do double-check your reservation beforehand."
