'The first thing you notice about the house when you walk in is the great clean smell and comfort of the air without the high humidity. The house is a perfect size for my family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All you need for a great stay is provided. There are beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards plus 2 coolers. We only used the cart to take our stuff to the bottom of the steps in the morning and to bring it back in the afternoon. The house is located in a low-key area that is not so...

'Unit was great - no issues. Very responsive communications from the owner. You can walk right out onto the beach which was nice. Location is in southern Nag's Hed which faciliates getting to the Hatteras National Park and Manteo.'

'Me and my wife loved this place. Climate control is very good and the deck and beach access is a dream. We will definitely be back. The owners were so nice, welcoming and even invited us into their space to enjoy some snacks and wine. The free breakfast from jolly rogers was so good definitely don’t skip out on that. 'We enjoyed our long weekend away at Stella Maris. There was plenty of room for a party of 7 adults. Only suggestion would be very minor upkeep in cleanliness (dusty vents, broom in the kitchen but no dust pan, scraps of old food in the utensils drawer). Otherwise the home was cozy, centrally located, and had gorgeous oceanfront views. Thank you for opening your home to us! '
