'I always worry about booking a place that isn't run by a Superhost, or a hotel. You never know what you walking into, and whether there is anyone who can help. We arrived at 6:30pm. Lots of day light left, so no issues finding the place, or getting in. The WiFi was down, and we needed a blanket. Called the support phone number at 7pm. The answering service took a message. At 9am the next day (after we'd left, and been on the road for an hour) we got a text asking if we still needed help....

'The unit had obviously not been used in a while. The deck furniture was quite dirty, and the outside steps were covered with pine cones and branches. The water had not been used in a while. It coughed and sputtered before brown nast water appeared. It needed to be for a while, and we never did drink it. Location o 4th unit you get matters, and we did get the unit on the main road, furthest from the beach. But that is understood. The bottom line is the room was not expensive, and the value...

'Location is very close to a cute town. Cabin was clean. However, property should really let guests know that pillows, blankets, sheets & towels are not given to you. We had to buy towels from Walmart to shower. Bathroom door really didn't close, sliding door required both hands to get mostly closed. Bathroom only contained a toliet & stand up shower, not enough room to use as a changing room. Definitely does not sleep 4 as noted for capacity. Picture of room is not even close to the size...

'It was an end unit, so it had beautiful views. Also had an elevator and a luggage cart, no walking stairs with all your things!!. Pool was great too! The unit was updated and very nicer decorated. I plan on staying here again!!'

'Pool was open and looked amazing, but we didn’t swim. Laundry facilities were very nice and clean. I made a mistake and showed up a day earlier than I booked for, but they were very understanding and were able to accommodate us. Such helpful staff!'

'The property was easy to find but the room took a minute. We had to drive around and figure out where the pool was and what it was called. A map would make it easier to find. The condo was gorgeous and very spacious. The second bedroom air wasn’t working and it was VERY hot in that room. I called on our second day to get it fixed and no one ever called me back or came to try and fix it. My son ended up sleeping terribly because of the heat.
