'The activity room and pool was my childrens favorite part. I loved the gym. The room needs an update and better cleaning. I was told on the second day that we weren’t supposed to be in that room. Overall, we had a good time. '

'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. While the decor in the units is a bit outdated, they are spacious, clean and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. They amenities and common areas (pool, playground, tennis courts) are all accessible and clean. Very family friendly and close to everything! '
