'This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. 'We booked our suite while "on the road" and couldn't have been more delighted when we arrived late in the evening on 8/27/25. The lobby smelled incredible and was sparkling. We were greeted by a very gracious desk host who couldn't have been kinder.
