'I didn't like that the television was located facing a bed but not both of them. I couldn't adjust the television sound on the remote or switch the channels from the bed closest to the bathroom. The breakfast delivery bag was great.'

'This is top of the line, first-class resort. My jaw dropped and I fell in love. What a great campus, facilities, and rooms.'

'Maybe a better choice out of the surrounding hotels but definitely didn't feel like it was as great as most of the reviewers have mentioned. The front lobby appears nice and the staff were very friendly. However, although they maybe had some renovations, rooms still felt a little outdated and small. The bathrooms were small and you could definitely see the wear and tear on the ceiling of the shower and the shower head was very low for a standard bathroom shower. But what I really had an issue...

'Great location to walk to Colonial Williamsburg, spacious clean rooms. Didn’t like checking in at the Inn then driving over to the hotel. The check in staff and Concierge was rude but other than them it was a great stay.'
