They were always polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained with a great rain shower. The location is also ideal: close to great restaurants, shops, and the beach, yet quiet enough to relax...

'Very nice large resort in Seminyak next to the beach. Large swimming pools and large room. We had a standard double room and it was great, good amenities, terraces, large shower. All great and especially the breakfast which is a buffet with lots of varieties, local and Western. Their fresh fruits were excellent, ananas & mango particularly. '

'Everything was just amazing ❤️ Service was one of the best we ever had. Only suggestion would be to have a few more but/peanut free options in de Indo style restaurant. But nevertheless my sister and I had the best time ever at the potato head hotel. '

'THE HAVEN is een prachtig hotel met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, het ontbijtbuffet is heerlijk en de kamers zijn schoon en netjes. Er worden allerlei activiteiten georganiseerd en er is een handdoekenservice bij het zwembad. Als je aankomt wordt de bagage naar je kamer gebracht en in de kamer is voldoende aanwezig (badjas, slippers, shampoo, föhn etc.).'

'The Seminyak is an amazing place to get some rest... yet you can just walk outside the resort which is located near Seminyak Square and find all the shops and restaurants u need. The staff is well trained and you will always be greeted with a smile. Also the hotel has 24h security and every vehicle that wants to go on the premises has to go through a vehicle search. The guards always double check if you haven't left anything in the car. The price quality is on par, the only thing i would change...
