'Very nice. Loved the attention to detail and lobby. Felt higher end. Bed comfy, bath very good. Breakfast- average, powdered eggs. They did have soft drink available though. Parking lot doesnt match front door... little confusing. '

'The room was a great size, bed and room was clean and comfy. I had great servcie provided to me by staff especially the front desk staff at check in and check out. The pool was nice, with decent food choices off property in the area. I would absoluetly come back here. '

'Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.'

What impressed me the most is that we left a garment bag with a week’s worth of clothing and it was held until we sent someone to pick it up for us considering we traveled from out of State. I can appreciate the staff’s professionalism and honesty considering I’ve left something behind at another hotel and didn’t get it back. '

'Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Bally’s makes it right.
Room was a bit small & there’s no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. 👍👍😊'

'This was a halfway point for our group coming from Texas on our way to Destin FL. We got in at 2am and check-in was less than 3 minutes...it was so easy and fast. We had 2 toddlers 2 teens and 2 adults and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good. The kids especially loved making their own waffles. This was a very good stay. I recommend and we would stay again. '

'Upon arrival check in was great. Booked a room on the third floor which was clean but had roaches. Front desk immediately came up to room with keys for another room. Ask me if they could see the bug and said that room would be exterminated. Moved to a higher floor and had no issues. Be prepared to pay for parking. '
