'Such a relaxing time at the Volcano lodge! The staff went above and beyond! It was our daughter’s birthday while we were staying there and housekeeping put decorations in the room for her! The welcome massage package was incredible. And the breakfast buffet had delicious fresh fruit and great coffee. We would definitely stay here again!! '

'The rooms were very nice. We liked the view from the second floor. The Gardena were beautiful and my family loved the pool and the jacuzzi's. Good breakfast with a cook who prepated the eggs on demand. A view on the Arenal from our room (we saw the top just for a few seconds). '

'Helaas verbleven wij er maar kort (2nachten). Onze kamer was groot en had fantastisch uitzicht. Hotel is zeker een aanrader. Van alle luxe voorzien en de tuin met hotsprings is geweldig. Enige minpunt wat ik kan bedenken was de kwaliteit van het diner, opzich niks mis mee maar zou beter kunnen en het feit dat je een vervoer nodig hebt als je iets buiten het hotel wil doen savonds.'

'I love every moment of my stay. Make sure you get room with a balcony, I had a nice view on the Vulcano. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Excellent location in the center and good point to get everywhere. The breakfast is just great! Fruits will be served first with orange juice and tea or coffee, then toasted sandwiches with jam and scrambled eggs.'
