'About 2 min away from a station. It felt weird going to a high floor for reception, but that also felt like a security plus as from there, the hotel portion was split from the rest of the building. Shopping center right outside the front doors.

'Lovely quiet apartment with access to beautiful rooftop view of Sumida river and Tokyo skyline. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to needs for flexibility with check in out. Beds were very comfortable. Washer/dryer was a great benefit also. 10 min or so walk to subway.'

'This hotel was honestly amazing! When we first arrived it was questionable, but Sho greeted us in and helped us to understand how things work. This young man made our stay a priority and we are so grateful. Hotel was amazing as well. Coffee was delicious and everything we needed was in it. Highly recommend staying here. '

'Tokio is een mega stad maar het kan heel rustig zijn. Bij dit hotel was dat zeker het geval. Alles was in de buurt. Metro, restaurants 7/11 etc. Japan is echt mooi. Ik kom zeker terug. '

'Het hotel is heel mooi, maar voor die prijs verwacht je toch wat meer service.
De meerderheid van de personeel sprak zeer slecht engels.
De kamer is heel mooi, maar bleek uiteindelijk toch niet zo praktisch. Er waren verschillende gebreken zoals weinig plaats om uw bagage te stouwen.
Je moet zelf inchecken en dat gaat niet zo eenvoudig. Tot nog toe heb dit enkel maar meegemaakt in budgethotels.
Het ontbijt was ondermaats zeker voor de prijs die we betaalden. Wij zagen een ober de vaatdoek...

"Great hotel, very clean, nice people, rooms are normal size. Everything available. Nearby station. Food more Japan food then Western food as breakfast. You can have coffee the whole day. Smoking room available and money change machine. "
"Prachtige locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Lossen direct verzoeken of evt klachten zeer snel op. Hotelkamer zeer schoon en goed geïsoleerd waardoor je de airco niet eens aan hoeft te zetten in de nacht in hartje zomer. Enige minpunt was dat de kussens van het bed niet echt comfortabel was.

"Perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Tokio, dicht (max 5 minuten wandelen) bij 2 verschillende metrostations met alle nodige verbindingen. Propere kamers, relatief groot in vergelijking met andere hotels in de stad. De convenience store in het hotel is zeer handig, ook een 7- eleven aan de overkant van de straat. Gratis busvervoer naar en van beide disney-parken aan het hotel. Ook rechtstreeks busvervoer naar en van beide luchthavens recht voor de deur van het hotel (dit wel tegen betaling). Perfect hotel voor onze 10 daagse trip naar Tokyo."
