'The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!'

'Shaneka is a wonderful host who is prompt in all communications. The condo is very well located and a minute's walk from the beach. Great restraunts and other points of interest at the island are all a short drive away. All amenities were well thought of and we had a pleasant stay overall. The only hitch we had was the AC, which did not work during our stay. But to the host's credit, maintenence was informed and they came to fix it, albeit unsuccessfully. 'While the condo is very small and somewhat cramped, all the essentials are readily available. One important note: we did not do any cooking during our stay as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Everything was clean, neat, and well organized. We especially loved the balcony (every condo has an ocean view!) and the new bikes.'

The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. 'Very clean, check in was easy and quick. The condo met our needs and was very inviting. We had three adults and two teenagers. Easy access to the pool and beach. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Overall excellent stay. Would definitely come back again.'
