'We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.'

'This was THE perfect house for our long weekend at the beach. The property manager communicated with us via email, text and phone often. Upon arrival we foubd the property exactly as listed and well cleaned. The location - about a block from the beach - was perfect for us.
