'The apartment and location are great, very quiet during the week with some noise on the weekends due to the proximity to downtown events. The bedroom in this unit is removed from the street and the (very responsive) hosts provide a noise machine that are sufficient buffers. Whole place was clean and functional and the game room was definitely a plus! I will note that i had only one set of towels, which may be because i was solo but i usually find more than one set when i travel.'

'We traveled a long distance to the area and hadn't slept in over 24 hours, upon contacting the host we were permitted early check in which was greatly appreciated. The accommodations were nice, especially for the price. The access to the property was a bit odd, but once we found it, it wasn't a problem. The only issue was the lack of power outlets... 'This property is not set up to wow or accommodate the adult guests. Come on, one of the most important values about any stay are the beds and the linen's. The linen’s were mis matched, the towels were thin. The shower curtain was a very thin clear vinyl, everything about this place is old, which I don’t mind if it didn’t smell musty and is well preserved.We spent very little time here because it wasn’t a place that was in good condition. 'I can say only positive thing was clean sheets. The location was terrible, all night and days between traffic noise and it was no sleep for us. One of the bed broke and we contact the Vrbo, owner came over 11pm banging the door. The first lies was they said they call my phone. They are not allowed to contact me. Even they came, they did not fixed the bed. They came for fixing the internet which it was nothing to do with us. They have another rental behind us has problems so they came in and...

'We had a wonderful stay at "The Coop"! We had a very short stay as we chose to stay here on the way back to Texas from an LSU football game, but the hosts were super understanding when we came in late and left the light on the porch turned on for us. We woke up to the horses outside our window which was a fun treat! Everything was clean and we will absolutely stay here again if we ever find ourselves in LA.'
