'Our family had a lovely stay in Phoenicia at the "cozy bungalow." It was very pleasant to walk to town and the bungalow itself was indeed cozy. Enjoyed the sauna probably even more than expected after a long (cold, rainy) hike. Host provided excellent communication for any concerns.'

'Desiring escape from society and rest for your soul, look no further to this destination. Love it when a house has two completely different scenescapes encompassing the property. Inside accommodations very nice and adequate. Only drawback occurred on hot days the upper levels did not cool down very well at night time…thinking fans would be a good idea in a warming climate. Overall, a great and relaxing experience and worth the money.'

'We had a 2 night stay while in Catskill for a wedding. My hubby, 8 year old and 2 dogs in tow. House was just right for us. My son loved the board games available and the foosball table. House is uncluttered and very clean. Surrounding are is historic with a short walk to downtown shops. I would definitely rent here again. '

'Needed a quiet place to get away and focus on developing some business processes and this was an excellent choice. Only regret is that I never made it into the sauna. '

'We loved the home and location, was a bit disappointed that a washer and dryer were not available but upon reading the house information again I realized that a washer and dryer were not listed so that’s my fault. The house is about 1 1/2 hours from the Bethel Museum that covers the Woodstock music festival. The museum is awesome. The scenery is beautiful and lots of hiking trails. Unfortunately for us it rained the entire trip.'

'The house is super cute and has everything you need. The check in was really easy, the host could not have been nicer. Parking in the driveway. Walkable to center of town. We really enjoyed it. The stairs to the second floor may not be for everyone but overall it's quite nice and very clean.'

'Beautiful cabin. Very spacious inside. Gorgeous view of Esopus Creek with access to the water. Tons of places outside and inside to relax. Kitchen and bath has everything you need. Super close to Main St. Couldn’t ask for more!'

'Our group of four (moms and daughters) travelled to the area for HITS. The location is perfect! 5 mins to HITS and less than 5 minutes to main street with restaurants and shopping. The house is pictured as advertised and very comfortable for the four of us. The girls loved the tire swing and we appreciated the laundry after a long day taking care of horses! Check in was easy. Andrea was very responsive. We had one issue when we checked in that was resolved promptly. Overall a great stay!'
