'Upon arrival, the property looked like what was pictured. Once we settled in, we found an open, empty condom wrapper on one of the room’s bed. In the other room, there were multiple spiders lining the baseboards. On the surface, all of the spaces seemed clean, but the windows and window sills were dirty/falling apart. 'First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. 'We loved this house! We had a few couples come for the weekend for my 30th birthday. There were multiple living/common areas which made it easy and flexible. The bedrooms were quiet and clean. Bathrooms were amazing, I loved the towel warmers! It was close to the mountain so going to and from was easy. Only issue we had was getting an uber home from dinner in Warwick, so consider that if you’re leaving the area! Would definitely rent again. '
