'Property was great. Plenty of information throughout the house identifying what was what and how to do various things around the house. If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol. Pete was super helpful accommodating us staying an extra day. 10/10 nice guy'

'Private riverside retreat. Lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy. During our stay the river flow was very fast and there were quite a lot of rafts and kayakers going by. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. The house had all the amenities you could think of- meaning you could cook and not have to brimg anything from home - like OMG I forgot the can opener...Ive done that before. Landscaping like a beautiful park. The sounds of the river were refreshing and lulled you into a good sleep. Oh to...

'We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend '

The house was a great get away from the city life, the view, the quiet and the simple fact that everything we wanted to go do is less than 10mins away driving was a big plus. Everything in the house worked great.Too great may I say that the A/C in the house had to turned off for a few hrs because of got too cold inside, knowing outside was HOT. The drive to the location of the house was super easy to find and get to. It is also pet friendly...

'We were pleasantly surprised at this place. The pics do not give it justice, it was well stocked as we love to cook on vacation. The bathroom and bedrooms were also stocked with everything we needed. The surround sound was a surprise too! The outside was just beautiful and peaceful! Deer were roaming on the road. All around great !!'
